Women shot on Lyell Avenue

Rochester police confirmed a woman was shot on Lyell Avenue near Myrtle Street around 6 P.M yesterday night.

The unidentified woman was dropped off at Rochester General Hospital, with at least one gunshot wound.

Before the victim was dropped off, there was a shot spotter in the area but officers initially couldn't find anything until the victim was dropped off at the hospital.

The victim is in stable condition with non-life-threatening injuries.

There are no suspects in custody.
